Project Overview
The Bhairab Railway Bridge project for Bangladesh Railways represents one of our most significant international undertakings. This landmark infrastructure project involved the complete fabrication of steel girders for a 102.4-meter span railway bridge, along with comprehensive surface treatment including blasting, metalizing, and painting.
Working under contract with Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd., we delivered this complex project within the stipulated timeline while maintaining the highest quality standards as per Indian Railway specifications and RDSO guidelines.
Scope of Work
- Composite Girder 15.1m x 3 span, 20.1m x 3 span
- 29.3m x 01 Span and 30.12m x 01 Span (295 MT)
- Open Web Girder 102.4m Span x 06 Nos. (4,951 MT)
- Blasting, Metalizing and Painting - 110,000 SQM

- Fabrication, loading, unloading, handling, marking
- Cutting, straightening, fitting, welding, drilling
- Grinding, riveting, finishing, assembling
- Inspection including preparation of jigs, masters and fixtures
- Blasting, metalizing and painting as per railway specifications
- Trial assembly of the fabricated components
