Project Overview
The Sri Lanka Bridge Girder project demonstrates our capability to execute international infrastructure projects with precision and quality. Working with Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd., we fabricated multiple composite and open web girders for a critical bridge infrastructure project in Sri Lanka.
This project was executed alongside the Bhairab Bridge project for Bangladesh, showcasing our ability to handle multiple international projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Scope of Work
- Composite Girder 7.12m x 2 span
- Open Web Girder 37.01m Span x 03 Nos.
- Open Web Girder 32.46m Span x 06 Nos.
- Blasting, Metalizing and Painting - 15,500 SQM
Services Provided
- Steel fabrication as per specifications
- Loading, unloading, handling of materials
- Marking, cutting, straightening operations
- Fitting, welding, drilling work
- Complete surface treatment (Blasting, Metalizing, Painting)
- Quality inspection and trial assembly
Project Significance
This project was part of a larger contract that included both the Bhairab Bridge (Bangladesh) and Sri Lanka Bridge projects. The combined completion certificate from Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. acknowledges our satisfactory performance on both international projects.
